Like many families today, mine hit a rough patch and we
needed ways to make things better. Through weeks of research, I've found some good stuff and this is a way to share what I've learned.

Tips for anyone who owns crystal:
- MOST crystal is not dishwasher safe; wash it by hand.
- Even if your crystal is dishwasher safe (like the Villeroy & Boch Retro Country we offer) wash it by hand if there are any issues with your dishwasher (poor performance, etching glass, etc.)
- Unless you use a plastic basin, use a folded towel or a cushioned sink pad in the sink bottom to keep crystal from hard surfaces.
- Wash items one at a time so they don't hit against each other.
